How I Started:
I first started when I was 15 years old... I had washboard abs and I never did a single sit up. That was fun while it lasted!
Since then, I have had dedication issues with the gym. I always work out 3-5 months out of the year during the spring and summer. I need to do this all year round!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself and I feel so much healthier and confident.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at old pictures of myself where I was ripped. I want it back..
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to get in shape fairly quickly by staying focused and dedicated. This will get much harder as I get older!

Goal (Long):
I want to feel good about my body and relieve some stress that has been building up. I haven't been to the gym in 10 months so I'm finally getting back into things...
I'd like to add 10 lbs of LEAN muscle while keeping the definition in my muscles. I don't want to get huge, just be lean and healthy with a touch of that model look! Ha!... I have nothing against the bulk and big look, it's just not for me!
