I have always been an active person. I played sports all through highschool. I was on the volleyball team as a back row specialist and I was on the softball team playing center and catcher. I broke 5 records for softball. I continued to work out after school, and began to push myself even more because I wanted the "6pack abs".
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel accomplished and healthy. I know I am doing something positive for my body and it makes me feel better about myself as I reach goals..
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I am focused on the end result. I know what I want and I will not give up until I get there.
BB Accomplishments:
First Place Novice Female Bodybuilding and First Place Womens Best Poser at my First Competition Ever on May 16, 2009 :)

to get my legs to pop and catch up to my upper body
Goal (Long):
I want to have a more defined stomach, better tricep and bicep muscles, improve my upper and lower back muscles, slim my thighs and calves, but also gain more muscle definition. I want to lower my body fat percentage slightly more, but not too much because it'll be too low health wise.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%

So, for a week I am not allowed to workout because I have unfortunately caught Mono. The doctor told me to check back in on Friday. This is going to be so hard because I love to work out and I get anxious when I can't. I guess I will just have to make it through it and work twice as hard...
