before i started back
Around 130lbs before i started eating right and working out...
Can anyone tell if there are any muscles that aren't developing? or if i am missing any out?- i'm sure there are loads of muscles back there, not sure if im getting them all?

hiya, training is good but aiming to get a phenominal set of legs for next year. felt i should have had them more ripped this year. if you need any help with diet or anything i've got a bit of knowledge that may help you to reach any goals you have. im a qualified personal trainer so may have some ideas that could help :) x
