When I started working out right after my medical break
Build in my arms and shoulders. Define legs a little bit.
Goal (Long):
I want to obtain sponsorship from a big nutritional line. I want to be in the public eye so that I can be an inspiration to all woman out there. "If you have been there in the mind, you'll go there in the body."
yes! i love how you have balanced out the muscles in your body. i want to look like that. you look great and i say you don't need to do a thing but maintain.
Sorry! I didn't answer your question about rest time; if you had a c-section like I did, you need to walk at a certain point. As long as you're okay to do that, you can walk on a gentle incline on a treadmill to elevate your heart rate a little and give your metabolism a boost. Don't forget to eat a balanced diet of fat, complex carbs, and high quality protein. Once you get back in the gym your body will be literally starving for growth.
