Where I started last year 10 days of MMA progress
Ick! Where I started awhile ago. I found bb.com and started learning how to do it the right way.
Dont mind the messy room, and the cuts and bruises from practice. This is 10 days after doing MMA and working out again. I feel a lot better mentally. Cleaning up my diet and upping my protein, hopefully ill gain some more strength soon.

I can tell ive lost a considerable amount of body fat in the last 2 weeks running and swimming like crazy. My diet has been not the best but not bad.

What Ive been doin these past few months :) Im happy with my progress. Although the last month has been slow for weight loss. Ive been eating a smaller deficit than I was, I was loosing too much muscle before.

I think ive lost a little more fat from droppin my cals just a bit and layin off the carbs, adding more protein. Have my trainer eval on friday, i wonder what my bf% is

Spring break in less than a month, my adventure race next weekend. I dont see much change in body fat but I can tell in this picture that ive gained a bit of definition, which is ok. This week im takin it easy, not worrying about diet.

I took my bf% this morning and its possible I may have broken 20%....im keeping my fingers crossed that its not a fluke!

Finally im de-bloated from last weekend's cheat! Geeze!! Im never eating a burger and fries out again! That was ridiculous! Finally feeling back to normal today and thought id show a little muscle :)

Sorta bummed/happy. Had to goto FL to help take care of grandparents. Havent lifted in 2 weeks but went running and did Plyo on the beach almost everyday. I can tell ive lost muscle but fat too.

Im calling this "Where did my abs go?" Because of my car accident, health issues and law school my body has gone soft *tear*. Im sick of my skinny fat, and now that im healthy, im back to training this week! Im gonna find my abs again!!
