Started lifting in Feb 08 with P90X then used those tools to get serious in the gym.

I love the pump, the satisfaction you get from increasing strength.

Where I started last year slimmed down?
Ick! Where I started awhile ago. I found bb.com and started learning how to do it the right way.  Sorta bummed/happy. Had to goto FL to help take care of grandparents. Havent lifted in 2 weeks but went running and did Plyo on the beach almost everyday. I can tell ive lost muscle but fat too.

Well I was getting back into the swing of things and then BAM. This happened...



So we got hit by a flat bed tow truck going about 50mph while we were stopped completely. While I can't say too much (we are in the middle of a lawsuit) but I messed up my back real good. :( So no more...

I have some good news though im doing my 1st ever photo shoot in 5 weeks time for world physique magazine and website so im pretty excited.I guess i wont believe it until im in front of the camera i guess. Training going pretty well. We just finished our 40 Plusers "8 Week Challenge" and I tried to be a little "different" with the "after" pics. I figured after 8 weeks of bustin' A$$ a shower was in order...thus the shower pics...LOL ...Now I'm doing a 30 day cut to get in shape to kick my 4 younger brothers asses when we head down to Myrtle for a couple weeks.
