Ick! Where I started awhile ago. I found bb.com and started learning how to do it the right way.
Dont mind the messy room, and the cuts and bruises from practice. This is 10 days after doing MMA and working out again. I feel a lot better mentally. Cleaning up my diet and upping my protein, hopefully ill gain some more strength soon.
I just got the green light from the doctor that everything is hunky dory now and I can start training again. Although over the last 2 months or so that I have been hurt/sick. I have turned into a soft blob of skinny fat. :-/. Im checking out a gym later this week though and should start...
