What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I play my favorite song loudly and put on work out clothes that make me feel confident and attractive.

What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
Not carb friendly in any way, but I mix a small carton of yogurt with some low fat cool whip and toss in one broken oreo and whatever fresh fruit is on hand. What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
Good seasonings. Love cumin [smokey BBQ flavor], red pepper flakes, oregano [tastes like pizza], nutmeg, lemon pepper, and the seasoning blends without salt.
