How I Started:
Went to a local strength and conditioning program that my brother had gone to, to help increase my strength, speed, and agility.
Why I Love It:
Seeing myself get bigger, stronger, and faster as well as seeing those gains overlap with my athletic ability and helping me out in all sports.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just to know how fortunate I am with everything, as well as knowing there is always somebody working harder than me, and to be the best you have to train like the best.

Goal (Long):
Be in the best shape (strength, power, speed, stamina) of my life coming into the season. Work into the D-Line starting unit and eventually start. Achieve All-Conference honors and attain a winning season.
