Overall Goal: Ive started my own bootcamp business and its gotten pretty big so im expanding and looking for some input on different times and days taht people would like to come...the first one is always free!

my first job in pa i was a babysiter at a gym getting paid under the table since i was only 12..all the big muscle heads walking around inspried me!
Why I Love It:
the way i feel, my confidence is much better, and im healthier then ever...
it keeps me level headed, as most people my age are out partying and screwing around...me..im at the gym and eating...
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a journal, and look at it everyday, and a pic of jenny lynn... i surround myself w/ positive people as well

i got my personal training cert when i was still in high school, and got my sprots nutrition certification when i was a senior.. competed in figure show placing 3rd overall and prepared for it in 4 weeks..

im only 21 and started working out about 2 years ago... past year just got serious! I will become pro by 26! I need to surround my self with people like me! I love to learn and imputs and critism is fine w/ me!

I've seen it before its not far from where I live. I workout @ Total Health On Hillsborough and Sheldon. Are you going to the comp in Lake City next month??

Finding balance is all about REALLY wanting it and taking the industry seriously. I don't see training and eating right as a burden or chore, it is part of me. Therefore, friends know that its part of my package and don't give me a hard time whn I am ordering at a restaurant and changing everything ("no this, no that"), they don't offer me junk food, and don't laugh at my big purse with healthy snacks in it!

and yea, i reached my goal. but i sorta ruined it by drinking too much during the 2 weeks i took off for my b-day. but ill be posting updated pics soon. keep in touch, hopefully you'll like the improvements i've made :-)
