My high school girlfriend was an olympic quality gymnast who told me to put on some size because I was 5'11" and 128lbs 800 meter runner in high school. The next day I went to our local nutrition shop where my friend worked and told him, "buddy I need to get big fast can you help me out?" He got me hooked up on some creatine monohydrate and weight gainer protein powder. I haven't stopped working out since (02/2005).
Why I Love It:
I enjoy consistently working out to relieve the stress from the day. It has been a way for me to set/reach goals not only in but also out of the gym. From the bodybuilding perspective I have learned how to stay consistent with good habits which has rubbed off into the rest of my lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set new goals for myself to reach that takes 6-8 months to accomplish. Recently I have started doing workout logs in the forums of Bodybuilding.com to be able to look back and see what really works and really does not work.
BB Accomplishments:
I have been offered to do modeling for magazines such as Muscle and Fitness and Men's Health.
As far as I can see, you have great biceps, back, and shoulders. Your legs are fine too. Just the chest and triceps may need a bit of work to have a balanced physique.

its just eating right and i use a supplement that has carbs and protein.. whey would probably make me more ripped but not gona compete now so dont need it now.. been off for about 2 and half months now from training.. started 3days ago :) so my muscles r SORE!! but ill get in shape soon. wil post pics when i am...
