How I Started:
My high school girlfriend was an olympic quality gymnast and told me to put on some size because I was 5'11" and 128lbs. I then went to the local nutrition shop where my friend worked and said "buddy I need to get big fast can you help me"? He got me hooked up on creatine and protein powder and I haven't stopped working out since.

Always set new goal for me to reach that take 6-8 months to accomplish
As far as I can see, you have great biceps, back, and shoulders. Your legs are fine too. Just the chest and triceps may need a bit of work to have a balanced physique.

its just eating right and i use a supplement that has carbs and protein.. whey would probably make me more ripped but not gona compete now so dont need it now.. been off for about 2 and half months now from training.. started 3days ago :) so my muscles r SORE!! but ill get in shape soon. wil post pics when i am...
