First post-vacation workout oday and felt weaaaak. Got a few months of bulking up to do, people think I look skinny, the ignoramuses don't understand that's what low body fat % does whilst you're wearing clothes, the effect is when you're not wearing a shirt!
hey dude awesome physique man,awesome awesome abs. do u know of any sample diet plan nd workout program i can get. ive been working out for 2 years now with no results. i dnt even have ripped abs despite doing alot of cardio to and cant seem to get my lower tummy flat despite still not growing size wise im still small. Pls any sort of help and advice would be appreciated.

Then you got people who get injured who can't do much. On top of that, the military don't really use gyms to keep soldiers inshape. It's got to be something done on personal time, unless you're one of those persons who do very well on pt tests. to stay in shape.
Actually, it's more on the individual to maintain his/herA lot of times people get lazy, run to fast food joints, try to use unit pt time to stay shape, when you actually need more than that. Then there field problems that can last anywhere from a week to a month, 24 hour duties, and then having to take care of your family.
