I am doing a modified version. I blended keto and carb cycling. I do straight keto for 5-6 days. Then I carb up and do it all over again. On my keto days I do no direct carbs.
Dont over do it Mr... hard work needs time to heal and develop.... U got the attitude to DO THIS...yeah... I cant wait to see U Make it Happen!!!Keep me posted!
