What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Only if there is a lot of weight, but there is no reason to do it so the whole gym can hear you.

Working and training hard...and it's not "trying to do work in the gym"...it's you are doing work in the gym or you're not...being a beast in the gym is black and white...there is no gray area

I am doing a modified version. I blended keto and carb cycling. I do straight keto for 5-6 days. Then I carb up and do it all over again. On my keto days I do no direct carbs.
