When I Started:
Sep, 2002
How I Started:
Fighting with my brother actually prompted me to want to gain muscle back in 7th grade when I could first start going to a weight room. I never did that great and I knew nothing about it, but I know alot more now.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me busy, makes me feel healthier about myself, I like to see the veins popping in my arms and my muscles feeling bulged. The soreness makes me feeling like I'm gaining something.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep pushing to look better than how I used to be, fat and lazy. I don't want to go back to that, or near that. And I know I can keep myself moving in a positive direction with working out.
BB Accomplishments:
Well I lost 60 pounds in 4 months after being overweight for a long time. Lost some size in boot camp and went down 20 lbs, but defined myself a little more in the process, still trying to gain size again, and be toned.
Forum Signature:
The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done! - Rocky Balboa, goddamn motivating. I've gotta get it back!

Yo man! You look awesome skinned bald! Now I would keep the sides and back skinned but perhaps grow the top out a little and blend it in. You have blond hair so I think it would be good to show that off a little bit! Colin, UK trainer

Well the Corps training has certainly kept you in tiptop shape. Still have the good traps, broad shoulders, solid arms and forearms, big chest and solid lats. Continued success with your training and in the Corps. André

Pretty good body stats. I think you should put on a little more weight for your height.

Delts more defined, biceps/triceps and forearms certainly bigger and ripped. We're getting there. I'd say another 10-15 lbs of muscle on that tall frame and we are home. Continued success in the New Year. Wish U all the best. André
