Hey bro! I've been doing alright. I have been trying to prepare for the Combat Challenge this year but I do not think my team will be competing, we are all pretty lazy. Now I'm just trying to build more muscle. What about you bro?
we have 6 classes 1-6 being smallest to largest 5a is about 1800-2500 students and 6a being 2501-to however many students they have, hoover has about 3000
Hey man! I just do the ab machine once or twice a week, with some leg raises, after my workouts. I do 3 sets of 12-20 of 200 lbs on the ab machine, and 3 sets of 15-25 on the leg raises, sometimes I superset them. Rarely, I will switch it up and do an arobic ab workout with about three different exercises for about 5-10 minutes. Hope that helps dude. Feel free to ask me any questions. Peace!
