Hey man, thanks for the compliment! I don't do anything too out of the ordinary for abs. But I found that hanging leg raises are one of the best ab exercises out there. I usually combine them with just a regular sit up and an oblique crunch. 3 sets 25-50

What's up man? I'm not really doing any modeling right now, but definitely in the near future. As for my diet; to be honest, I don't really stick to anything to strict. I just eat as healthy as I can and monitor my carb intake. If you wanted, I could just send you a sample day through a PM.

I don't really have a training split. I just listen to my body and train whatever I feel needs to be trained that particular day. It's never really the same

I'm not really following any specific routine. I kind of just go to the gym with something in mind and just go from there. I listen to my body. I'm also adding a little more cardio into the mix.
