well how low your carbs go depends on the person, some people get shredded on 350 carbs a day if they're insulin sensitive, others need to go under 100 a day to get their abs poppin. personally, the lowest i went before my show was 205 a day, but i had striated glutes, you don't wanna get that lean just for summer, cuz it'll **** with your metabolism haha.
basic training, nothing crazy, bumped up my cardio from 1-2 days a week to like 5 days, and lowered my carbs. Doesn't sound like much, but if you stick to it and avoid too much booze, you'll get shredded
