NOTE: I have been doing rotator cuff exercises, I am sick and tired of sore shoulders that pop! I added Orange Triad to my supps which should help, but I am adding in rotator cuff exercises to make sure I am working them...

Yes, Klinker is with the Army, and played for the Wolfhounds...and whored for out B-side a few times for fun. Mers was one of the founders of the Kelts. I'm not sure, but Danny may have had a part also. HS Kenny (Huber) also played for the Kelts before he went north the OSU.

Quite the solidly muscled and ripped upper body already. Great job on the thick neck, solid arms, thick upper chest/pecs and great abs. Back also very muscled with solid V taper. A bit more work on traps and forearms and a great physique on the way. Congrats on great job so far. Andre
