How I Started:
Well it all kinda happened after a conversation with my girlfriend. We were talking about how unhealthy a lot of American's are when the conversation escalated into how semi unhealth we were. So to make a long story short, we started planning healthy life-styles and setting goals for ourselves and others.
Why I Love It:
Good question!!! Let's see uh, I really love working out because of the feeling you get afterwards. I pretty sure everyone reading this knows what I'm talking but if not and you're reading this, sprint to your nearest gym and use all of the energy you have left to work for that body you've always wished you had. When you are finished, you will understand what I'm talking about.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have to stay motivated because it's part of my job. HOORAH!!!

Goal (Long):
When I was a youngster(about five or six) my stepfather had just gotten home from Irag in which he had been separating from the United States Marine Corps. Needless to say, he was a pretty big guy. It looked like he had eating iron and washing it down with oil. So from that time on, I have always wanted that title Marine and that awesome Marine Corps body. Since then I've obtain the title Marine, but I'm still working on the body.

Just remember to get results that fast, you'll have to implement the triad of 1) Clean Diet, 2) Good Cardio...20-30min 3-4 time/wk, 3) Weightlifting. You're posting here shows you're ready to be successful. Also, you'll find lots of support/tips/advice on here. Work hard, have fun and good look. I'm sure you can reach that 2 month goal.
