Always enjoyed looking at mags. when I was growing up. Weightlifting in HS. really inspired me because of the drive and dedication!

I love the passion behind the sport and feeling/looking good from training. The lifestyle in general is great and being around people with the same goal.

lol it's gotta be 20lbs solid muscle, which means i have to gain at least 35lbs. You're right; it's gonna be a really tough feat. Oh so you have 6 solid meals? how is that workin out for you?
well i did middle last time. i want to move up to light heavy. but that means i have to gain like 20lbs. meal plan is pretty basic. im just gonna try to get in as many calories as i can in about 6 or 7 meals. shakes i know are going to play a big role because of my lifestyle and occupation. what about you? what meal plan are you on for bulking up?

that routine was crazy. got the crowd mad amped too. i'm chillin right now; gonna try to start bulking up for next year. i need to get up a weight class.

Your dedication is paying off!!! You starting the 7am cardio now? I'm gonna have to move a blow up mattress into the office these next 11 weeks I'll be there so much (I ended up not joining Sweat PT as I'm sure you noticed...that would have been a big mistake for me!)
