Any clever ideas for using a hex trap bar? So far I have shrugs, deadlifts, one-arm farmer's carries, and the dangerous to set-up, overhead press (my trap bar is 75lbs!).

You have impressive stats--now where's the pic to go with them? :) Hope your knee situation gets better somehow, I'm sure that's devastating for you. Can you do exercises for your quads besides the squats, though, at least to keep them active?

Sorry, I am not good at navigating this site did not see your question until today. I got the adjustable box from Elite Fitness. A little pricey but for me worth it. I guess you can make your own but...
