How I Started:
Always wanted to be strong. Ate spinach when I was little because I thought it would make me strong like Popeye. Played around with weights without any knowledge of it. Had a few really knowledgeable friends who knew a lot on the subject who helped me realize what "fitness" was really about. Stopped looking for just having a "big bench", and wanted to be all around in shape, physically and mentally.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding has taught me discipline, given me a work ethic, and has driven me to push myself to be better and better each day. Living a healthy life style is the only way I know how.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have goals in mind that I must obtain. I want to get into personal training once I'm finished with my degree because helping others to achieve their goals and passing on what I have learned to them is what bodybuilding is all about to me.
