Background
I started in 2007, I was over 200lbs (60lbs overweight) and just divorced so i had to get back into a single mans body. I did! dropped to 145 lbs 13%BF Being single took its toll on me with all the bars and parties and i put ALL the weight back on. Now i am a new father and its time to start being a good role model for my son. How can I take care of my child if I can't take care of myself?
I can have the worst day at work but when I get home and step into my gym room and start my workout, it just makes all stress go away and makes me feel GREAT! After the workout i feel like i could take on the world, i can do anything. I LOVE THAT!
