LOL, yeahhhhhhhh I'm no proud of myself but polock+homemade pierogies =gluttony. Gaining 7 pounds over the course of 2 days is ridiculous and I couldn't be less pleased, LOL.

Don't be a skirt, post up some pics, get your stats in, and start progressing. I slaughtered enough food on Christmas to feed a third world country and felt like a friggin' slob. Back on track already though.

I shit you not, 186.5 on Christmas Eve, yesterday the scale read 201! Needless to say I ate like a sloth and felt like one for the trouble. Back on track though! Hope you had a merry Christmas.

I'm kind of stagnated right now and I can't quite figure it out. I eased carbs back into my diet a bit and for a bit it seemed I was continuing to get leaner but now I almost think I'm going the opposite way. Might have to revamp the diet a bit. I can't possibly work any harder in the gym on the cardio so its not that. Frustrating but just pisses me off and motivates me even more. Body fat be damned! LOL.

Thanksgiving was good man, hope yours was too. Didn't get too off track though Mom's sweet potato casserole is pretty hard to resist, LOL. Other than that its been business as usual. Still cranking away on the cardio trying to get a few more pounds off. How's it going on your end?

LMAO, 72 servings? Is that a coffee can? I am guilty of eating a jar start to finish on few occasions. I swear as crazy as it sounds within 24 hours I feel like I'm leaner than before pigging out. Not sure if there's any truth to it or its just the bloating going away, haha.

The beginning maybe was the toughest but once the fat starts coming off and you see the results its a second thought. People gripe about giving up junk food but I've eaten extremely clean and strict for 4 years and I feel INCREDIBLE for it. The slop I used to eat would make me sick at this point in my life and I do not miss it. Frustration usually now only comes from a sticking point, or plateau, at which point I turn it into an obstacle/challenge, get pissed off and get on with it, LOL.

Are you trying to drop body fat then? Judging by your lifts you should have a pile of muscle under there. At first for me the biggest thing was just changing everything about how I ate/lived. Once the fat started coming off the motivation flooded in and there was no looking back. 4 years later, and in better shape than I've ever been in and I'm more motivated when I started so go figure, haha.

Thanks for the link! Have you tried the Vaso? For the price I don't think it really even matters though.

Everyone digs Xtend it seems like. I'm a fan but I think the Grape tastes a little like medicine. Still good stuff. Thanks for the comments on my page man. I can't say enough about how the weight loss impacted my life for the positive so more power to you in what you're trying to do. I'm thinking I'd like to get involved with something like that myself.

Some people have it, some done. My traps SUCK but I have big legs to start with. Might have to do with them needing to propel my former fat self around all the time, LOL.

Grape was like cough syrup to me. I got a nice deal off eBay on 4 of the large tubs of Lemonade for like 150 shipped and was all over it. Just finishing the last one and need to find some more, cheap!
