Overall Goal: My goal? 210-220 pounds with under 10% body fat.
Fit Status:
Just started bulking again. Pathetically weak and small right now but it feels great to get started!

When I Started:
Nov, 2004
How I Started:
I took a long hard look at myself one day and said "you're a fat piece of shit!" and did something about it.
Why I Love It:
Because its the one, the ONLY thing in life that I'm in full control of. The harder I work the more I see. The more I try the farther I get. 4 years busting my ass working out and I have something to show for it and feel good about and that pays dividends.
How I Stay Motivated:
To be better than who I was 5 years ago, 5 months ago, 5 days ago. To be healthier. To feel better. To look better. To be faster. To be stronger. To challenge myself. To be better than the guy buying Doritos and donuts behind me at the grocery store. To go to bed at night knowing I'm in the best shape of my life. To know after the next day I'll be a fraction better...

I'm currently on the second major diet of my life with the goal being to get in the absolute leanest, and most physically fit condition I can obtain. When I reach that point and I cannot pry any more fat from myself I'll start lifting hard again with the ultimate goal of getting to 195-205 pounds with a body fat percentage under 10.
So it's been tough goings lately in the fat loss category. I've been working extra hard in the gym on the cardio and the diet remains on track but the fat is being stubborn. Its frustrating seeing this plateau but it also lights a fire under my ass that says "no" to accepting this...
Wow, not bad!!! You should rebound pretty quickly, though. I know I indulged my fair share, but my body hasn't really shown any ill effects for some reason, which is OK by me!
LOL bro, you can say that again! Body fat be damned! But hey as long as it motivates you, seems like it is serving a purpose! Keep up the good work bro and keep kicking ass!
Good to hear you had a good time bro and still tracking on the cardio! As for me, it was okay and did not go overboard! I am still going at it overhear and trying to lose the fat! Keep me posted and keep on kicking ass! best of luck reaching your goals!
Thanks bro, so true! I have been eating clean for 2 months and really don't miss the fast food! But yeah the rest is true...I need to get mad and vent that frustration thru my workouts and cardio! I appreciate it bro!
Yep bro, I am trying to drop the extra fat that I have but at the same time retaining the muscle that I have under there, heck get some more in the process! Just need to get the perfect program and keep at it! So, how did you manage not getting frustrated in those 4 years? And yeah, you look great!
Thanks bro, seems I am going to keep on busting my ass to get results like yours! It just patience is not my forte, so can get frustrating! Keep at it bro, you have done great so far!
have you looked into ordering the vaso/xtend combo off bb.com you get both a large xtend and tub of vasocharge for 60 bucks...so in a sense your only paying $33 bucks for the xtend :)

Thanks! Y'know, I'm still not sure how they turned out that way because I don't really focus on them excessively. They just kind of happened. Genetics, I guess. And what is this "work" you speak of?
