This pas week has sorta sucked

So, I'll have to admit I haven't been sticking to my plan all this past week. I'm gonna chalk it up to Stress from Lawschool Finals, Relationship stress, and finally, just lack of will on my part. I've been eating too much crap this past week where my bodyweight has surged about 3lbs. I need to cut back a little bit on the pizza, the beer, the drinks, and all of that.




On the brighter side, I've been able to lift a little more. Shoulder hasn't been bothering me as much, and I've been able to get all my reps in, if not all at once.
