Each day varies but overall my nutritional habits look as follows
Morning - 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 fruit
Snack - no fat greek yogurt w/ berries or nuts
Lunch - chicken (tuna, eggs)
Post Workout + Dinner - chicken (tuna, steak, eggs) w/ brown rice, whey protein w/ water
Snack - 4 teaspoons of no fat cottage cheese with berries
