No, I am done going to shows for now. I am heading to California in a few weeks to visit friends and a workout session with Meriza Deguman (who just got her Pro Card)in Pacific Beach. Have a great Thanksgiving

No I can't ,make it to Daytona, my husband has his Marine Corp Ball that weekend.....I plan on going to Daytona in Feb when Mike Davies comes down again....

Well started back on Smith Machine squats, wide and narrow stance. Lots and lots of lunges (walking, power, stationary) Last show was Southern States in Ft Lauderdale FL. I placed 8th out of 13 in short class & 12th out of 19 in over 40 class.
