How I Started:
One of my best friends ran the 13 area gym on Camp Pendelton CA. Patti and I started training together and shortly after a team was put together. We all competed in various shows in Southern California.
Why I Love It:
I love working out to stay fit & healthy, as well as, it is a stress releaser for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by surrounding myself around friends that have the same interest. I love competing and getting ready for competitions.
BB Accomplishments:
After tearing my Anterior Cruciate Ligaments in both knees in October 2002. I was in a brace in one leg and a split cast in the other. After have two surgeries, one in December 2002 and the other January 2004. On August 2004 I competed in lightweight bodybuilding where I placed 5th and Figure where I placed 3rd in the Short & Master Class.

Goal (Long):
I have been competing off and on for almost 10 years now, and I am amazed how my body gets better and better as I get older, especially since I hit the big "40"!!!! I would love eventually to get my pro card, but if that doesn't happen I still love and enjoy training, competing and meeting new people.
