I AM FRIENDS WITH MR ALL NATURAL BODYBUILDER OF THE YEAR PHILIP RICARDO. HE WAS MY INSPERATION. HE HAS JUMPSTARTED MY MOTOVATION TO BE HEALTHY AND FIT.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE WORKING OUT BECAUSE IT KEEPS ME HEALTHY BOTH MENTALY AND PHYSICALY. IT WILL KEEP ME YOUNG AND MOVING LONG AFTER MY KIDDS ARE BORNE. IT ALSO TEACHES AND KEEPS ME DICIPLINED NOT ONLY IN THE BIG THINGS IN LIFE BUT THE SMALL ONES AS WELL.
How I Stay Motivated:
I KEEP GOD CLOSE TO MY HEART HE IS MY ULTIMATE MOTOVATION TO BE THE BEST PERSON FAITHFULLY AS WELL AS PHYSICALY. I SURROUND MYSELF WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE AND FUEL MY MIND WITH OPTOMISTIC THOUGTHS. I WATCH PUMPING IRON AS MUCH AS I CAN AND READ AS MANY FITNESS MAGS AND BOOKS AS I CAN. I ALSO KNOW THAT BEING A MARINE MY MARINES NEED AND DEPEND ON ME TO BE IN TOP PHYSICAL SHAPE TO LEAD THEM BOTH INTO AND OUT OF ANY SITUATION. HOW CAN I ASKE THEM TO DO WHAT I CAN'T DO. THAT IS WHAT MOTOVATES ME TO DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING TO GET INTO SHAPE.
BB Accomplishments:
I HAVE LOST 32LBS IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN DEPLOYED. LOST 4 INCHES ON MY WAIST AND IMPROVED MY PULL UPS BY 10.
I ALSO HAVE JUST RECENTLY RECIEVED MY PERSONAL TRAINERS CERTIFICATION I AM VERY EXCITED ABOUT IT.
THIS IS ONE ON MY FIRST PHOTOS TAKEN WHEN THE FIRST WEEK I STARTED. I WAS 170 AND NEED TO CUT IT DOWN TO ABOUT 155. WANT TO BETTER MYSELF PHYSICALY AND MENTALY WITH A BETTER LIFESTYLE

Goal (Long):
I had a six pack about 6 years ago and want it back. I am tired of walking on the beach with my shirt on and wondering what everyone is looking at. The next time i walk on the beach i will know what they are looking at and it will be me. I am really focused on being helthy to live longer as well. I know to many people who are having helth problems to early in life and i don't want to be one of them. I hope to achieve my goal by new years if not sooner.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
THEY GO FOR WEIGHT AND NOT FORM AND DON'T REALLY KNOW ANYBETTER. TRY TO PUSH WAY TO HARD WITHOUT PROPPER KNOWLEDGE.
