well i was with my math tutor then my dad called me n he was like u wanna come to da gym with me n ive been doin it ever since

because of the individuality and confidence it gives u,i love the dedication and discipline that it takes to be a real hardcore bodybuilder

BB Accomplishments:
i have recently taken bodybuilding seriously,i got a personal trainer dat gave me a solid workout routine and a nutrition plan,but my parents dont support me at all nor does anyone in my family,but even though i receive no support or motivation wat so ever they actually discourage me,i was able to keep at it n keep a positive out look,n i lost 31.1 lbs of fat in the past 17 weekns n now am bulking,im doing gr8 but the problem is dat at times it gets very lonely and tough.

i have been bodybuilding for bout 6 years now i started off very fat then i lost alot of weight then started seriously lifting weights,i love this sport and am vry passionate bout it i love the confidence and individuality it gives u,i love the discipline involved in the sport,NOT ANYONE CAN BE A BODYBUILDER.in the past 4 months ive lost 12 kg bout 25 or 30 pounds of fat n want to lose bout 10 more pounds so dat my abs look perfect and then im going gain as much muscle mass as i can gain,i am very very self confident and know dat i will achieve my goal within the next year.none of my family members or freinds encourage me in achieving my goal dats one of the reasons y i joined this site coz i noticed dat the ppl r very supportive
i am intending to take 5 grams before training...**** loading and maintainance phase...and on day offs 5 grams when i wake up i think dats good...but the thing is my back start to hurt again fa shakly 7a7do after ramadan i will see
