Overall Goal: to break down a muscle group a day till i start looking that damn good, lol. and my body needs to be shocked into new growth with two muscle groups a day, on so on and so fourth.
Fit Status:
I have the p x90 work out set now all i have to do is apply myself to use them once a day, contemplating hardcore x again?????
A freind that i was working with 7 years a go kept bugging mr to join the nearest nothwest over in brookly center, which at the time was a nothwest athletic club. we had been playing with weights here and there outside of work. and decided to take it to the next level for tryiny to build strength and size. so we moved up from the basic bech set up in your parents bassment and full on joined a club. and after 4-6 months the size defrences were amazing and i was hooked on gyms ever since
Why I Love It:
too many reasons to list but id say building self confidence is one of them.
How I Stay Motivated:
watching sports that reflect the look i aspire to display. and that can, do, or feel like any workout that i have ever done,or aspire to accomplish
to break down a muscle group a day till i start looking that damn good, lol. and my body needs to be shocked into new growth with two muscle groups a day, on so on and so fourth.
Goal (Long):
Well summer is almost over, so lets bulk up and get some late fall bulk on and insulate some muscle with a lil water weight, and maybe....just a lil excess fat.
lets see... i guess id be happy to see some nice rounded soulders, back a V tapper, and wider qauds, you know the X fram.
Why I like this video: most of these exercises depending on you fitness level look like a good combination that would be ggod cardio meets heavy weights
Had my firsst kettle bell class today. helped me use muscles i hadnt used in a long time.a lot different from the normal conventional weight lifting moves im used to. the turkish get was a real a#$ whooping. and learning just a normal kettle bell swing was harder than i thought. didnt know...
I usually don't take it for more then 2 weeks at a time. Like anything else, if you're eatting healthy and working out properly it will help you. However, if you're not doing that then you're wasting your time and money buying Lipo 6.
I'm not so sure yet because I've only been using a little over a week but I'm deployed and it's hard to diet as if I was at home so I dont know how big of a difference that would make.
Thanks man, I wish I was. Never as lean as I want to be...I've used Lipo6 years ago and it wasn't bad but not cheap. I've never used Hydrox. as they seem to mess with the formulas a lot. So I'd have to give Lipo6 the nod.
nice to hear from u again..sometimes i am a slacker..plus i wasnt really around the past few weeks!! but i am getting back on track now..how have u been??
Well thank you very much. I appreciate that you understand how difficult this journey has been for me but it has also been totally worth it! Thanks for the encouragement. And thanks for the comment on my picture =) lol. I don't have huge plans...I am helping a friend with a yard sale and I have rehearsals...I think thats pretty much it =) How about you?
could not get my butt out of bed..so i have to find time to do something tonight..i am leaning towards shoulders and cardio..starting day 4 with clean eating and it is still smooth..hope u have fun today!!
Wider Back: stretch your lats everyday, and do wipe grip pull-ups....I do 50-60 with every back workout....if they start to get too easy, start adding weight to them.
i am without a gym right now..so i am just doing what i can at home..this week i am focusing more on conquering the meal issues i have..next week i am hoping to start a real training plan again!!
