Ijoined the Marine Corps in June of 1973.I loved the training.
Why I Love It:
I helps increase happiness,quicker thinking,faster reflexes,better breathing, and total psychological fitness.
a healthy mind is a healthy body.the body reflects the mind.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love working out and being healthy.being active keeps me more alert of my environment,as well as providing blood to the brain for better thought processes.
BB Accomplishments:
my bodybuilding styles are much different;and varied.
I utilize hatha yoga,as well as other forms of exercise WITH weight lifting.I do Not just use a single form of body building.
