How I Started:
I originally got hooked back in 1995 through a then boyfriend. I got bit by the gym bug and would be there for 1 1/2-2 hrs working out with the guys or by myself. I was never afraid to go to the gym where men were. My brother used to compete and I'd go to the gym with him sometimes. When I first started I weigh 120 and my weight shot up to 138. I was about 25 then. It was amazing!
Why I Love It:
I love the way working out makes me feel and look. I just feel so much better about myself overall. I will say I don't love working out. I love my husband,coffee and my corgi's!! I drag myself onto the treadmill after legs to do intervals so hopefully one day I'll start seeing some abs!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I wanna be sexy, hot and lean!I don't want to be a fat,cheesy ass woman the older I get. I wanna stay lookin young & fit as my man is 5 yrs younger!The fact that I'm not where I want to be yet is a REAL motivating force for me!

I want to be the fittest and healthiest version of myself that I can attain!I'm currently trying to gain some muscle in my upper body. I am contemplating competing next year in the bikini divison.
