My Workout Program
Well, currently I'm just trying to maintain. I'm just trying to stay tone as I have a severe DDD (degenerative disc disese) at L 4-5 with a disc bulge and L 5-S1. I just went through my 6th and 7th epidural steroid blocks since 7-2011. I had been very angry and upset over the loss of my capability to lift the way I used to. However, sciatica totally prevents that. It sucks let's just get it out there!! So, I am back on here to stay motivated to work out in the capacity that I can and I've missed my workout buds too!! Carry on people!
