How I Started:
I originally got hooked back in 1995 through a then boyfriend. I got bit by the gym bug and would be there for 1 1/2-2 hrs working out with the guys or by myself. I was never afraid to go to the gym where men were. My brother used to compete and I'd go to the gym with him sometimes. When I first started I weigh 120 and my weight shot up to 138. I was about 25 then. It was amazing!
Why I Love It:
I love the way working out makes me feel and look. I just feel so much better about myself overall. I will say I don't love working out. I love my husband,coffee and my corgi's!! I drag myself onto the treadmill after legs to do intervals so hopefully one day I'll start seeing some abs!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I wanna be sexy, hot and lean!I don't want to be a fat,cheesy ass woman the older I get. I wanna stay lookin young & fit as my man is 5 yrs younger!The fact that I'm not where I want to be yet is a REAL motivating force for me!

I'm slowly getting better...thanks. Just stinks when it's the time of year with lots of parties and drinks and good food and I'm on clears. LOL. At least I won't have the holiday weight gain or a hangover. Take care and Happy New Year to you.
Hi 'Booty Lady'! My wife says I have an eye for a fabulous rear, as she is also the proud owner of a petit derriere! The picture was taken in Switzerland, close to northern italy. HIya! It is, indeed dispair plus ready for war facepaint in sioux! I am at crossroads in my life and needed preparation. I am VERY spiritual, at times one needs to collect energies! :) Part of growing up unless your stuck in the PEter Pan syndrome days, haha.
