Background
Used to just mess around in the gym for years. Never read or learned anything, or made any progress. Got pissed off at being the epitome of skinny fat and began to learn and read everything I could find. Started Rippetoe's and started to actually make progress.
I love that when I lift I'm competing against myself. It's an internal struggle to always outdo myself and push my limit. I also love being able to change my own body.
