How I Started:
I had a friend growing up that was in the neighborhood that loved to work out and I was just doing it to bypasss some time when I was a teenager, but I fell in love with the sport.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good, its part of my life now, it makes me feel in control and worry free when I'm in my little world. Fitness isn't just a hobby its a lifestyle!
How I Stay Motivated:
My family is my biggest motivators and supporters. They believe in me and pushes me to go beyond that plateau.
