Goal (Long):
To have a long and successful professional career in track and field and represent the USA in the 2008 Olympics!! I have made qualifying standard for the olympics but I would like to jump a bout 2 inches higher to secure my spot.
I'm a high school high jumper hoping to get better, particularly through strength training, during the off season. I was wondering if you could help me by giving me some advice, workouts, etc. I don't go on bodyspace all that often, so it would be easier if you emailed me at andy_zettler@yahoo.com

What kind of workouts do u do to get such dominate results in high jump. I'm a Decathlete looking for a few tips to up my high jump school. Hope ur indoor season is going well.
