    Hello my name is Rauling, I'm 23 years old and this is my transformation.  I've been training for almost 2 years and started off at 175lbs.  When I entered the challenge my weight was 210lbs and about 16% body fat.  My goal for this challenge was to get below 10% body fat but still maintain as much lean mass as I could.     To loose fat but maintain muscle it is important to create a moderate caloric deficit and still try to maintain...
