How I Started:
I was never really fully committed to until the begining of this year. I was a gym member before then, but basically just went once or twice a week. I was making great gains this year and became the strongest i have ever been. In late summer i injured my back at work and it kept me out of the gym for the better part of two months. I am finally getting back to where i used to be in terms of strength, but unfortunately i did gain a few lbs :(
Why I Love It:
There are only a few things in this world as gratifying as seeing your body physically progress.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is tough. Especially after a long day of work, when you are already sore. Usually i will page through a muscle and fitness, also being ridiculed by my friends for missing a work out helps keep me in line.
BB Accomplishments:
I'll get something up here soon. Right now i am just concerned with getting back to where i used to be.
