-I first started training with aspirations to break into pro wrestling(Still the underlying reason)
Why I Love It:
-Nothing relieves stress better than a day at the gym
-I love being able to mold my body to how I want it to look.
How I Stay Motivated:
-Competitions
-Training for sports I play
-The looks you get at and away from the gym
-Music...anything fast and heavy
-Repeat words that I have been told since I started(you'll never make it...your too small)

Tabata training, it's brutal but it's only 4 minutes long and has been proven to be more effective than 60 minutes of cardio at burning fat. Google and I guarantee you won't regret it!
I started cutting last week, my current weight is 204 and I plan on dropping down to approx 190 with around 6% body fat. This is my first real bulk and then cut program so I'm trying to make realistic goals for myself. Totally off the subject but if anyone knows of a good affordable...
Contest went very well. I placed 2nd in my class. I was SOOO nervous. But I had so much fun and cannot wait to do another. Thinking i'm going to take a year off and focus on bulding some mass. I want that Pro Card someday. How about you?? When's your next show?
Thnx for the comment. I don't really do anything crazy for my legs, I have 3 leg workout that I just switch around. Hack squat day, leg press day, and superset day.
Hey thanks, my progress has been alright. I plan on competing in 2011 most likely, given that I am a little bit taller I need to gain a lot more mass to fill out.

i'm a bit down because i got into trouble and my legs are still gettin' better from that. just feeling stupid that's all, i knew i could have got out of it but i stood up and took it all. i'll be fine but i think that my legs with take a while...but i am hittin' the upper body sets!!!
