How I Started:
Wanted to have some kind of shape - was tired of being skinny. I love the beach but don't want sand kicked in my face. Want to be able to go shirtless and be proud, not wonder what people are saying!

Had a great mentor who taught me early on it was more important to use good form than to lift heavy.

Workout Program:
Currently doing a PUSH/PULL split, working opposing muscle groups with supersets.

Two bodyparts per day, 3 exercises for each bodypart, 5 sets of each exercise.

First set is warm-up. Sets 2-4 are adding weight and to failure on the 4th set. Set 5 is a drop-set to failure...

Hey man, i was wondering what has helped oyu the most for your delts and forearms. maybe even tri's also. Do you do farmers walks perhaps, itts the most helpful things for grip and size, and i was considering doing them up stairs and on my tip toes for calves. thanks so much! Mike

hey dude just wanted to ask... I'm "skinny" trying to get nice and big... how would you recommend I train? I've been given advice from other people and they suggest a 2 days split system (day 1 and day 4:legs/back/shoulder day 2 and 5:chest/arms and 2 days abs) Am quite new to all this was wondering if you had any advice?
