Workout Program:
I try and change it up every now and then..Before:

Day 1 - Chest / Triceps
Day 2 - Biceps / Back / Abs
Day 3 - Shoulders
Day 4 - Legs
Day 5 - Light Chest / Triceps
Day 6 - Light Biceps / Back / Abs
Day 7 - Rest

Right now it's:
MON-SAT
Legs
Chest
Back
Legs
Shoul ders / Delts
Arms

I throw in Ab work outs every other day.
