Day 2 - Biceps / Back / Abs
Day 3 - Shoulders
Day 4 - Legs
Day 5 - Light Chest / Triceps
Day 6 - Light Biceps / Back / Abs
Day 7 - Rest

Back

Shoul ders / Delts
Arms
I throw in Ab work outs every other day. |
