How I Started:
I've lifted weights throughout most of my teens although mainly in my garage and not too seriously. Last year i got a gym membership but have only been taking it seriously since August this year.
Why I Love It:
Makes you feel better and gives you more confidence. It allows you to create your ideal physique through hard work.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking through other members profiles and various info and videos from various bodybuilding websites.
To obtain my ideal weight of 170 - 175 lbs for my height of 5,10.
Goal (Long):
Within 18 - 24 months i want to add on around 20-25 lbs to obtain a weight of around 170 - 175lbs of lean muscle from my current 148 lbs by being consistent.
My short term goal is to get to 160 lbs by Mid June next year which give me around 6 months to gain 12 lbs. This might be a struggle to achieve but i know that the first gains are easier than the latter so the next ten pounds after this should be alot harder to gain.
