I was into alot of sports growing up ... baseball mainly, than high school came around i did football and added wrestling, i needed to stay strong to keep up ...

Mid-section in November New look for a New year
I was tired of having flabby and weak abs. And this picture shows what i needed to work on. I took it and blew it up and printed it out and used it as motovation. i was probally about 190 with almost 17- 18% body fat.
With hard work and detacation your workout will pull thru. Im now a lean 170 - 173 with just about 10% fat.
