SUPER NATURAL METHOD (SNM) : BE A CREATOR
Thank you thank you and thank you.......i have learned to have a vision of what i want to look like without the expectation that i must look exactly how i visioned.... the vision itself is only for the soul purpose of inspiration the inspiration fuels your imagination that will give you the best idea of what you should do as far as (training eating resting etc.) in your life in order to manifest the vision you might of had.....most of the time following your instinct will bring you something even greater than what you visioned...this is why i choose to not expect or plan any of my training or dieting i dont weigh myself i dont count calories and i dont follow and training plan or routine because those plans are based off of expectation of what worked for someone else....instead of constantly counting my reps/sets instead of measuring my caloric intake instead of trying to plan every detail out....I simply relax my mind and vision what i want to look like when i do that i get inspired to take action and i act on whatever my imagination throws at me i trust my instinct at every moment and that simply brings me even better results than i imagined....this is my method the SupeR NaturaL MeTHOD

ONE OF MY MEAL PLANS FOR BULKING UP
BULKING METHOD
MEAL # 1 - 6 EGGS 3 PEICES OF HAM AND 3 SLICES OF CHEESE SCRAMBLED TOGETHER WITH 2 CUPS OF RICE AND 2 SLICES OF TOASTED RAISIN BREAD TALL GLASS OF ORANGE JUICE
MEAL # 2 - 2 CUPS OF WHITE RICE WITH 2 GROUND BEEF PATTIES (LAWRYS ORIGINAL SEASONING) AND A PITA PLUS A TALL GLASS OF OJ
MEAL # 3 - REPEAT MEAL 1 OR 2
AFTER I HAVE MEAL 2 IM NORMALLY DONE EATING FOR THE DAY OCASSIONALLY I WILL HAVE TO REPEAT MEAL 2 IF IM HUNGRY....I ALSO EAT OUT AS WELL THIS WAS MY MEAL PLAN FOR BULKING UP.....AS YOU CAN SEE I EAT ALOT OF EGGS IN THIS MEAL PLAN ABOUT 12 JUMBO EGGS A DAY IF I REPEATED MEAL 1 OF COURSE A LOT OF TIMES IT WAS ONLY 2 MEALS A DAY BUT THEY WERE LARGE MEALS SINCE I WAS EATING ONLY 2-3 TIMES A DAY IT ALLOWED ME TO SLOW DOWN MY METABOLISM SO THAT I COULD PUT ON SOME MASS OF COURSE THERE WAS A GRADUAL INCREASE IN THE AMOUNT OF FOOD I WOULD EAT AT A TIME AS I GOT BIGGER AND STRONGER I ATE MORE BECAUSE I COULD HANDLE MORE I DIDNT COUNT CALORIES I JUST ATE UNTIL I WAS FULL AS MY BODY ADAPTED I ATE MORE FOOD WHEN I STARTED IT WAS ONLY (1 CUP OF RICE AND 4 EGGS AND 2 SLICES OF CHEESE) SO AS I GOT BIGGER I NEEDED MORE FOOD IN ORDER TO GET FULL.
