Started lifting to help me drive the lane in basketball. Originally I didn't want to get hurt lifting because I didn't want to miss any game time. Eventually I didn't want to get hurt in a game because I didn't want to miss a workout. Now of course I do it to stay in shape and avoid injuries in baseball.
Why I Love It:
I love being able to see my body change, and the way it makes me feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
I play in a mens baseball league I want to be in the best shape possible, and I always want to be the fastest most athletic guy on the field
