(PART 2) Was pretty happy, but ended up getting sick from reintroduction of carbs that night. I had 2 pieces of fruit that my stomach just didn't like and I retained way too much fluid to keep my cut for the following comp which was the weekend after. So had to pull out - not to worry - we learn these things every time we compete.
