boatnerjg well you def looked like you knew how to get results! I know you get in lots of protein, but when trying to gain, do you like to favor carbs, or favor fats (some people bulk with a higher fat intake, and some with a higher carb intake). boatnerjg Hey man. Turns out I am insulin insensitive and pretty much pre-diabetic, so I gotta go with the higher fat approach. How much fat did you say you have been eating again? I think you said something like 150 grams? You seemed to have added some serious lean muscle man! Also, since my carbs will be very low, should I increase protein over 1.5g/b? Thanks man. Sorry to bug you, just trying to deal with the cards life has dealt me :( Feb 22, 2010 9:15pm
