How I Started:
I Got started with bodybuilding about 2 years ago never really got into it seriously. Infact to be honest I just got lazy. 2 months ago I decided I was sick n tired of feeling overweight and unhealthy. So I decided to go for a whole body transformation put it on bodyspace so everyone can watch over the next year my body transform. I am going from eating a load of crap. To serious proper eating and workout plans so keep watching and ill keep posting monthly updates on how im doing,.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after a good workout and knowing your are making your body healthier and feeling better for it
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at my before pictures and seeing how much ive changed and knowing what i want to look like and keeping up with it
BB Accomplishments:
none at present but maybe in the future so watch this post.
