Yeah DB will put size on if you do them heavy enough! Back is looking good man, starting to get some defnition for sure. I would recommend doing lots of wide grip pull ups/downs. They will really widen the back and give your lats more of a V shape. Good luck bro!

no problem :) yeah, my training's good. i did some atg squats today and was extremely light headed after this one set. good luck w/ the bulk :) cant wait to see em abs when ur all done w/ everything.
