How I Started:
I started working out when I was in Jr High. Whenever I got upset I would go and lift weights to release my anger. I worked out everynow and then and in the past couple of years I have gotten into working out more.
Why I Love It:
I work out because I like to push/challenge myself.

By setting little goals each week to get the progress that I want.

I love the snow but I hate it with the wind and it's really windy here. :( I always try to remind myself that we don't have any smog!

It's in the 60's today. It was in the low 20's when I got up this morning. I think it's supposed to be around 80 tomorrow then cooling off again. I heard it might snow one night this week again. It's that crazy weather time of year. :)
